Richard Elsey
Dental SurgeonRichard trained at Birmingham and London and offers dental care to patients on referral and those registered to the practice. He lectures at Birmingham Dental Hospital and at practices in Bristol.
As well as providing preventative dental care and cosmetic dentistry, Richard has a special interest in dental implants for those patients with missing or damaged teeth that need replacing.
Richard moved to Gloucestershire in September 2000 and lives in a village three miles from Cirencester with his wife Maggie and their four boys.

Maggie Elsey
Specialist OrthodontistDr. Maggie Elsey is a Specialist Orthodontist with over 25 years of clinical experience, committed to delivering exceptional patient care through evidence-based, personalised orthodontic treatment. She completed her dental and orthodontic training at the University of Birmingham and holds a postgraduate legal degree from Cardiff University. In addition to her clinical role, Maggie serves as a Dental Legal Adviser for a major dental defence organisation, offering expert support to dental professionals navigating the complexities of Dento-legal matters.
A Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow and a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons of England, Maggie brings a rare blend of clinical excellence and legal acumen to her work. Her calm, considered approach and dedication to professional integrity underpin everything she does, whether she’s crafting beautiful smiles or guiding colleagues through regulatory challenges.

Mandy Palmer-Foster
Practice ManagerMandy started her dental career in 1999 working as a dental nurse at a busy NHS practice. She obtained her National Certificate in Dental Nursing in 2003. She has also achieved a post graduate qualification in conscious sedation in 2006 and has a keen interest in oral surgery and dental implants as well as helping anxious patients.
She has worked her position as a Practice Manager for the last 20+ years and is married with no children but 1 cat! Mandy enjoys lots of travel, reading, eating out, spending time with friends and family and spinning at the gym!

Claire Hutchings
Orthodontic TherapistClaire started her Dental career in 1994, she gained her National Certificate NEBDN in Dental Nursing in 1996, then going on to achieve a qualification in Dental Radiography in 1997. Whilst working in an Oral Maxillofacial and Orthodontic department she then went on to gain a qualification in Dental Nursing sedation. Claire then went on to train to be an Orthodontic therapist and gained her diploma in Orthodontic Therapy with the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh in 2013.
Claire enjoys treating patients and watching the transformation of their smile, working with both children and adults she enjoys the variety of patients she treats.
Outside of work Claire enjoys spending time with her family.

Becky Day
Dental NurseBecky is local to the area and gained her NEBDN qualification in 2014. She joined our team in May 2016 and has since extended her duties by completing the radiography qualification. She thoroughly enjoys dental nursing; in particular orthodontics. Her interests include walks in the Cotswold countryside and spending time with family and friends.
