Lead by our Principal Dentists, Maggie and Richard Elsey, the fantastic team here at Elsey & Elsey Dental Clinic are here to welcome you.
Richard Elsey
Dental SurgeonRichard trained at Birmingham and London and offers dental care to patients on referral and those registered to the practice. He lectures at Birmingham Dental Hospital and at practices in Bristol.
As well as providing preventative dental care and cosmetic dentistry, Richard has a special interest in dental implants for those patients with missing or damaged teeth that need replacing.
Richard moved to Gloucestershire in September 2000 and lives in a village three miles from Cirencester with his wife Maggie and their four boys.
Maggie Elsey
Specialist OrthodontistMaggie qualified with distinction from Birmingham University Dental School in 1990 and after four years of training, gained a Fellowship from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons and a place to study Orthodontics.
She trained for three years in Birmingham and qualified as a specialist in 1997. Her first post was to run the Orthodontic Service in Dudley Community Trust.
Maggie later moved to Gloucestershire in September 2000 and lives in a village three miles from Cirencester with her husband Richard and their four boys.
Jo Vaughan
Dental HygienistJo qualified as a dental Hygienist in Manchester in 1994.
She previously worked and trained as a dental nurse in the Midlands near her family home.
She now works in 2 practices and has extended duties in providing Xray services, taking impressions and the ability to place provisional fillings for patients.
Jo has a busy family life, living nearby and enjoys craft activities in her spare time.

Orthodontic TherapistTina Barton
ReceptionistTina began her career as a dental receptionist in a local practice in 2010 and has been at Elsey & Elsey Dental Clinic since February 2016. Having spent all of her working life as a receptionist, she loves meeting and talking to patients and is skilled in reassuring them and making them feel relaxed. Away from work Tina has been enjoying taking up open water swimming, and relaxes by walking her cocker spaniels as well as spending summers in the garden growing her own flowers and vegetables.
Becky Day
Dental NurseBecky is local to the area and gained her NEBDN qualification in 2014. She joined our team in May 2016 and has since extended her duties by completing the radiography qualification. She thoroughly enjoys dental nursing; in particular orthodontics. Her interests include walks in the Cotswold countryside and spending time with family and friends.
